Yarloop is a suburb of South Western, Western
Australia and is about 111 kms south of WA's capital
city of Perth. In the 2011 Australian census the
population of Yarloop was 482 when there were
242 Females and 240 Males living there
Yarloop is a town in the South West of Western
Australia along the South Western Highway,
between Waroona and Harvey. Yarloop became
home to citrus growers, dairy farmers, vegetable
growers and commuters. On 7 January 2016 a
bushfire destroyed most of the town of Yarloop.
