Hazelwood is a suburb of South Eastern Victoria,
Victoria and is about 132 kms east-southeast of
VIC's capital city of Melbourne. In the 2011
Australian census the population of Hazelwood was
279 when there were 146 Females and 133 Males
living there.
Hazelwood is an area of Gippsland at the foot of
the Strzelecki Ranges in Victoria, Australia. In the
beginning the area acted as a service centre for
the Hazelwood Power Station.
