Pallarenda is a suburb of Northern, Queensland
and is about 1118 kms northwest of QLD's capital
city of Brisbane. In the 2011 Australian census the
population of Pallarenda was 817 when there were
409 Females and 408 Males living there. The
median age for people living in Pallarenda was 44.
Pallarenda is a beachside suburb of Townsville,
Queensland. Pallarenda has a boat ramp that
provides direct access to the beach, and a
permanent marine stinger enclosure, both in
Pallarenda Park. To the south of Pallarenda there
is a horse exercise beach and a dog off-leash
area. There are a number of picnic and barbecue
areas throughout the suburb.
