Roughly 1,400 kilometres away from the capital city
of Brisbane, the district of Manunda is situated in
the Northern Cairns region of
Queensland. Several landscapes and seascapes
are found in the vicinity of Manunda. Some of
these are Mooroobool Peak, Senrab
Point and Whitfield Range. Manunda has nearby
tourist attractions, too, including Scuba Doo
Cairns, which offers a great diving
experience in the Great Barrier Reef, and the
Australian Butterfly Sanctuary, which is known to
be one of the leading tourist spots in Cairns. The
suburban community of Manunda is primarily
connected by the transport services of the
Jungara train station and also via the Cairns
International Airport.
