Colosseum is a suburb of Central Coast,
Queensland and is about 370 kms north-
northwest of QLD's capital city of Brisbane. In the
2011 Australian census the population of
Colosseum was 328 when there were 157
Females and 171 Males living there. The median
age for people living in Colosseum was 39.
Colosseum is located on the Central Coast of
Bundaberg and Wide Bay in Queensland.
The suburb of Colosseum is nestled between
various features of landscapes and waterscapes,
such as Mount Colosseum, Jacks Lagoon and
Gindoran Peak, to mention a few. Colosseum also
has nearby tourist attractions, including Fairymead
House Sugar Museum, which used to be a
Queenslander house during
the early settlement of the state, and Iron Ridge
Park, which is a bush camp-style caravan park
located near Childers in Queensland.
