Situated on the Mid North Coast of New South

away from the capital city of Sydney. Barren
Mountain, Mutton Bird Island and Charlesworth
Bay are some of the various landscapes and
seascapes that surround the town of Megan. The
vicinity of Megan also has neighbouring tourist
spots, including Tabatinga Family Fun Centre,
which is a rainforest-themed indoor entertainment
centre, and Carobana Confectionery Factory,
which is a privately owned factory that was built
in the 1980s. To get to the residential district of
Megan, the main transport services used are the
Leigh train station and the Coffs Harbour Airport.
